NANDA TAX SOLUTION & ACADEMY Position: Accountant / Tax Assistant Job Responsibilities: Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) filing work Handle GST registration and GST return preparation Support TDS calculation and return filing Maintain accounts using Tally software Prepare invoices vouchers and financial records Work on Excel for data management and reports Assist clients with documentation and compliance work Maintain proper records of business transactions 12th Pass / Graduate / students can apply Freshers are welcome (Training provided) Job Type: Full-time / Work from Office NANDA TAX SOLUTION & ACADEMY Learn Understand Apply Qualifications: 12th pass
This is a remote position.
Required Skills:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and accurately via email. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear concise and empathetic communication. Troubleshoot common product/service issues and guide customers through solutions. Document customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
Required Education:
Prior experience in a customer service or support role (even informal) is a plus. Exposure to ticketing systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
