Job Brief

1. We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions from fixed payments and

variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

1. Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures reconciling bank

statements and calculating tax payments and returns.

1. Ultimately you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on the financial position liquidity and

cash flows of our business while ensuring were compliant with all tax regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Create and analyze liability asset and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required

documentation.

1. Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports including a profit and loss

statement and other necessary reports.

1. Comply with all federal state and local protocols including legal requirements and interpret new

and existing legislation.

1. Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations and

roll out reconciliation procedures.

1. Monitor and maintain a new audit system by implementing new policies and procedures in the

finance department.

1. Focus on tax compliance state business registration contract review etc.
2. Play a vital part in the companys financial management which includes all account reconciliations

and reporting to necessary parties.

1. Followups on payments from partners/ clients.

Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge

1. Bachelors or masters degree in tax accounting or finance
2. Inter CA ( a deal maker)
3. Experience with financial reporting requirements
4. Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting/finance
