We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Admin to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative activities. The candidate will support finance operations maintain records and ensure smooth coordination between accounts and admin functions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
Manage accounts payable & receivable
Prepare and maintain invoices vouchers and bills
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger management
Support in GST TDS and statutory compliance
Maintain proper financial records and documentation
Admin Responsibilities:
Manage office administration and coordination activities
Handle vendor coordination and bill processing
Maintain office supplies and inventory records
Support in travel arrangements and documentation
Assist HR/team with general administrative tasks
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes
Proficiency in Tally / ERP software
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Understanding of GST and taxation basics
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce () / Finance / Accounting or related field
Required Skills:
