Job Summary
Role Responsibilities
Develop high-quality photorealistic 3D renders for commercial interior spaces
Translate 2D layouts and design briefs into compelling 3D visualizations
Create walkthroughs and presentation-ready visuals for client pitches
Apply accurate lighting textures materials and spatial detailing
Align render outputs with modular furniture specifications and BOQs
Coordinate closely with Interior Designers (Civil & MEP) and execution teams
Update renders based on client feedback and on-ground execution constraints
Ensure material and design accuracy for implementation-ready projects
Support multi-location standardization and repeat rollout projects
Deliver high-quality output within strict enterprise timelines
