Job Summary

Were Hiring System Analyst System Integration / Application Support

Im currently looking for a technical professional to join the Solution Delivery team of a financial institution in Hong Kong on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 application and system support.
Support system integration and messaging interfaces.
Monitor and troubleshoot MQ and SFTP connectivity.
Work with SWIFT messaging and investigate transmission issues.
Perform scripting to support operational and integration activities.
Coordinate with internal technology teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents.

What Were Looking For:

Experience in application support systems integration or technical operations within financial services.
Hands-on exposure to MQ / IBM MQ and SFTP.
Familiarity with Shell scripting Python or similar scripting languages.
Knowledge of SWIFT messaging is advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
