Responsibilities 岗位职责
- Promotional Merchandise Planning and Management Support seasonal merchandise planning and execution from ideation through production and delivery.
周边商品策划与管理负责支持各类季节性品牌周边商品的策划与执行从创意构思到生产交付全流程推进 - Design and Branding Partner closely with the Creative team to develop merchandise designs that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
设计与品牌管理与创意团队紧密合作确保周边设计符合品牌规范及营销目标 - Procurement Support Coordinate with internal administrative and procurement teams on vendor sourcing sample review contract management and budget tracking.
采购支持协调行政及采购团队完成供应商寻源样品确认合同管理及预算跟进等工作 - Production Management Oversee merchandise production to ensure quality standards cost efficiency and timely delivery.
生产管理监督周边商品生产过程确保产品质量成本控制及按时交付 - Order Fulfillment Maintain an organized merchandise request and approval tracker while planning and optimizing logistics and fulfillment processes.
订单履约维护周边申请及审批追踪表并制定及优化物流配送流程提高履约效率 - Inventory and Budget Control Monitor inventory levels arrange replenishment based on marketing needs and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements 任职要求
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

具备优秀的组织协调及沟通能力能够高效对接内部团队及外部供应商 - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
具备扎实的项目管理能力能够在快节奏环境中合理安排优先级并按时交付 - Comfortable working flexible hours and collaborating with global remote teams.
能适应弹性工作时间及跨地区远程协作模式 - Proficient in using AI tools for data processing AI-generated renderings and workflow enhancement.
熟练运用 AI 工具进行数据处理AI 效果图制作及提升工作效率 - Good understanding of marketing and creative processes.
对市场营销及创意设计流程有良好的理解 - Proficient in Google Workspace including Google Docs Sheets and Forms.
熟练使用 Google WorkspaceGoogle DocsSheetsForms等办公工具 - Fluency in English is required. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to support internal and external logistics and operational coordination.
英语流利为必备条件具备中文能力者优先以支持内外部物流及业务流程沟通 - Experience with international logistics or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
