Senior Manager, PRUVenture (Training)

Job Descriptions:

• Drive the acceleration of PRUVenture program through development and execution of tools and learning & development to strengthen value proposition create awareness increase attraction equip recruiters and associates nurturing to increase scale.
• Conduct competency mapping to address gaps & recommend impactful development interventions for PRUVenture leaders and associates
• Institutionalize performance coaching to meet the Companys business initiatives.
• Build & maintain strategic relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally
• Review and ensure workflows of the PRUVenture programs are fully complied with the company guidelines and policies.
• Prepare & monitor budget and manpower utilization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above preferably with agency management background
• Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI CFP FChFP etc
• 9 years or above agency management business development or/and learning & development
• Experience in life insurance industry
• 4 years or above management experience
• Familiar with agency culture
• Good knowledge of insurance industry & financial planning profession
• Proficient in written & spoken English Putonghua and Cantonese
• Good analytical interpersonal communication & leading skills
