Product Support & Services, Associate, P2, Operations

Were seeking someone to join our team as a Product Support & Services Associate to support transaction processing post-execution lifecycle activities and operational risk management across a range of Institutional Securities Group (ISG) products while driving process efficiency and client service excellence.

In the Operations division we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo

This is a Product Support & Services position at the Associate level within Product Support & Services which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post-execution processes.

What youll do in the role:
- Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts leveraging knowledge of the systems markets and instruments that influence the team
- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
- Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
- Participate in projects and initiatives aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution

What youll bring to the role:
- Ability to establish clear goals and priorities and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
- Subject matter expertise in business area supported client requirements and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests
- Culture carrier across Operations embracing the Firms core values
- At least 2 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Qualifications:
- Working experience in an Operations role with a global investment bank (Trade Support experience is an advantage but not must)
- Product and operational knowledge in global cash equities (primarily) swaps corporate actions FX listed derivatives derivatives principal investments preferred
- Risk awareness willingness and propensity to probe question and escalate
- Well organized with high regard for attention to detail and accuracy
