DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role

Directly reports to Line Manager

As the Pre-Sales Engineer you will:

• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand business requirements design technical solutions and align proposed offerings with customer needs.
• Deliver product presentations technical demonstrations proof-of-concepts (POCs) and solution workshops to showcase the value and capabilities of the companys products and services.
• Prepare technical proposals RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation while providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle to support successful deal closure.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE About you

The ideal Pre-Sales Engineer:

• Tertiary education
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Detail-minded fast learner hardworking aggressive self-motivated target-oriented and able to work independently and collaborate with others as a team
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word PowerPoint and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English
