Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and delivery of railway operations safety training for existing and future new railway lines
- Compile training materials and assist in the development of new technology-based training tools like Computer Based Training VR related courseware with guidance from supervisors
- Conduct training objective evaluation and on-site quality assurance during on-job training to ensure local trainers and trainees (including contractors) are adequately equipped with necessary knowledge skills and attitude and are competent to meet the required service and safety standards
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in a related discipline preferably with membership of a recognized institution
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Station / Train operations of which 2 years should be in the related training profession
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Hands-on experience in computer software applications such as Chinese and English word processing Excel and PowerPoint with proficiency in data analysis
Remarks
- Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
- Occasional business travel may be required
