Principal Responsibilities:

Act as the recognized firewall technical expert (Check Point Fortinet) and apply technical knowledge of network security solutions to meet business requirements and resolve identified technical constraints.
Accountable design authority for technology decisions and stay abreast of technology trends and advise Technology and the Business about potential benefits/impacts.
Provide a network security consultancy role to Technology and Business teams where appropriate. Define configuration standards and provide technical solutions to Operations teams to resolve technical issues.
Work and implementation on various complex projects as a Technical Subject Matter Expert. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical deliverables are met.

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

Proficient hands-on experience networking background (Subnetting Switching Routing VLANs VRFs NAT VXLAN EVPNetc).
Proficient in setting up and manage the modern configuration management infrastructure as code tools CI/CD tools (e.g. Ansible Jenkins Git .).
Proven experience in vendor management including coordination with vendors on project delivery technical issues and resolution activities.
Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation and provide 2nd-line network support for major incidents outside normal business hours.
Strong problem-solving and incident management skills with the ability to lead problem resolution and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is an advantage (may need to work with local data center) but English speaking is acceptable.
