Job Summary:

The role manages deposit and payment products. Responsibilities include product management market research analyzing customer needs coordinating with cross-functional teams and supporting product and campaign launches. The role assists Head of Deposits & Payments in maximizing product performance in terms of revenue and enhancing customer experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

What you will be doing

• Lead the development and management of the banks deposit product portfolio.

• Manage deposits and payments campaigns end-to-end.

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs and preferences.

• Implement deposit solutions to enhance product offerings.

• Execute competitive pricing strategies for deposit & payment products well.

• Collaborate with marketing sales channels compliance and operations teams to ensure successful product launches.

• Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on analytics.

• Lead deposit product procedures and governance related projects.

• Mentor and guide junior team members in product development processes.

• Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

What we are looking for

• University graduate

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial industry preferably retail assets or liabilities products; and minimum 2 years in product campaign and payment projects

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint

• Strong financial acumen and experience in P & L management

• Strong analytical data analysis and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
