Manager, Growth

• Report directly to the Head of Marketing and take an active lead in developing and driving user growth strategic planning & execution of growth campaigns. Actively research and analyze competition & customer data to identify new growth opportunities and expand market share;

• Review and analyze the performance of marketing investments for continuous improvement & optimization in ROI measurement;

• Lead key stakeholders across internal team commercial team logistic team and regional teams to deliver & maximize the efforts & synergy in restaurant marketing;

• Bring fresh thinking and propose new marketing ideas/ campaigns based on local insights and trends.

Qualifications :

• University degree with at least 3 years of managerial experience in consumer marketing / growth; an eCommerce background is preferred;

• Strong sense in commercial and data analysis with ability to drive results and ensure completion of tasks in a dynamic & fast-paced environment;

• Experience in building targeted user segments using data to personalize campaigns and improve user retention; 

• Ability to work independently with minimize supervision to drive collaboration and change together with different parties;

• Highly organized and detailed-oriented with outstanding sense of accountability and responsibility;

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations;

• Passionate and organized team leader with a strong consumer and market-centric mindset and insight;

• A good team player who is proactive & reliable; driven to achieve team goals and market penetration;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Cantonese.  WIth good negotiation skills is an added advantage.
