Job Summary

Responsibilities
Provide administrative coordination and logistic support for mainland-related projects business events and cross-boundary liaison services under the team
Assist in organizing meetings conferences and business events with Mainland counterparts and provide end-to-end logistics support to ensure compliance with proper protocol
Assist in data research on railway development in the Chinese Mainland including policy updates and latest information from Mainland Railway Authorities
Assist in managing documents or business correspondence and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems to ensure records are up to date
Provide clerical support including report consolidation record keeping and office supplies management; manage and control corporate administration / information systems

Requirements
Grade E / level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages
A minimum of 4 years working experience preferably gained in Mainland-related or cross boundary business
Proficiency in general office software and applications including Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is a must
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Remarks
Possession of a valid travel document to the Chinese Mainland is required
Candidates with less experience but higher qualifications will also be considered
