- Assist in managing customer service requests and operational inquiries.
- Support coordination between customers IBX Operations teams and internal stakeholders.
- Track service requests and ensure timely updates are provided.
- Support customer communication and follow-up activities.
- Support process documentation and workflow mapping..
- Help maintain operational procedures and knowledge repositories.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide general operational support to the Customer Operations team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
