Salary:

HK$18772 HK$27413 (HGPS point 3 - 9) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Carry out IT support and administration tasks and any other duties as required by individual team head for implementing the IT solutions in the areas of responsibility.

2.

Perform on-site support duty at different hospitals / institutions in Hong Kong Island (West) Cluster.

3.

Perform hardware and software installation.

4.

Provide technical and user support on hospital IT systems desktop & office automation applications network infrastructure etc.

5.

Assist in HA corporate system implementation and planning in hospitals.

6.

Provide after office hours system support.

7.

Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Entry Requirements:

1.

(a)

Passes in 5 Subjects including English Language (Syllabus B) & Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent. OR

(b)

5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:

  • Level 2 in English Language and Mathematics; and
  • Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.

2.

Completed a recognized diploma or higher course in IT of at least 2 years in duration.

Preferable Attributes / Exposure:

1.

Hands-on experience in supporting Windows OS and MS Office.

2.

Hands-on experience in supporting iOS platform hardware such as Mac and iPad.

3.

Good phone manner and possess a positive customer service attitude.

4.

Responsible self-motivated pleasant and mature personality.
