Finance Manager

Manage financial and management reporting cash flow tax GST budgeting statutory accounts and reconciliations.

Support FP&A forecasting performance analysis and business partnering providing insights to drive commercial decisions and cost optimisation.

Drive Finance transformation and automation leveraging AI GenAI data and technology to improve efficiency controls and scalability.

Identify opportunities to simplify processes automate manual work and improve Finance operating models.

Partner with Finance Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and corporate governance and liaise with auditors and external advisors.

Bachelors degree in Accountancy / Finance ACCA or equivalent qualification with 7 years relevant experience.

Strong accounting analytical financial modelling and reconciliation skills.

Experience in FP&A consulting M&A or Finance transformation is highly valued.

Strong interest and practical experience in AI automation data analytics or financial systems.

Advanced Excel skills; ERP / BI / workflow automation experience is a plus.

Strong commercial acumen communication and stakeholder management skills.
