About the Role

As aFamily Experience Host you will be providing personalized service to guests and ensure a smooth daily operation of the Family Lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuresmooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins/outs and rooming for special arrivals e.g. family suites limousine.
• Update VIP lists and guest preferences in GuestPedia to anticipate needs.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in Hotels/Clubhouses/Theme Parks would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Customer-oriented outgoing and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua.
