Engineer (CSA)

We are seeking a motivated Engineerto support the successful delivery of architectural builders works additions & alterations (A&A) fitting-out and building works projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities ensuring quality and safety compliance and supporting project execution from planning through completion.

• Responsible for ABWF A&A fitting-out building works and project execution.
• Provide on-site engineering support during the construction phase and propose appropriate construction methods for site activities.
• Monitor work progress and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Review subcontractors shop drawings technical submissions and material submissions before client approval.
• Coordinate with clients consultants and subcontractors to ensure technical quality and safety requirements are achieved.
• Manage site quality control including work schedules progress monitoring materials equipment and site resources.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications contractual requirements and safety standards.

• Degree in Engineering Building Studies Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ABWF A&A fitting-out building works or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology site coordination and project execution.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and safety awareness.
• Good communication and coordination skills with clients consultants and subcontractors.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience with main contractors will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of shop drawing review material submissions and quality control procedures.
• Experience in site supervision and contractor management.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong construction practices and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD/BIM tools is advantageous.
