DM AM (Loan Guarantee Schemes – Claim Due Diligence)

Our client is a Financial Institution they are currently seeking for an Assistant Manager (Loan Guarantee Schemes Claim Due Diligence and Special Assets Management) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• To conduct due diligence review on default claims received under the commercial and SME loan portfolios
• To monitor the quality of special assets management and debt recovery actions including pursuing legal remedies against defaulted borrowers and personal guarantors carried out by participating lending institutions
• To provide support in coordinating and facilitating debt workouts and assessing debt workout or repayment proposals for completion in a timely and efficient manner
• To maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders and provide support for matters in relation to the administration of various loan guarantee schemes
• To undertake ad hoc assignments or projects from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting Economics Finance Business Administration or related disciplines
• A minimum of 4 years working experience in special assets management of commercial lending or audit / corporate restructuring / insolvency at any international accounting firm
• Strong analytical skills self-motivated positive work attitude detail-minded organised good at teamwork and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including proficiency in Excel with capabilities to navigate the software apply advanced formulas perform data analysis pivot table creation and manipulation and conditional formatting is a must.
