Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:Collaborate with senior leadership to execute corporate strategies and ensure alignment with organizational and manage key projects and initiatives within assigned business functions coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve specific and mentor teams within the business functions ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to overall corporate financial data and trends to support decision-making and manage financial performance within the assigned operational efficiency and process improvements within the relevant business functions aiming for cost savings and enhanced with various internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with departmental and corporate and support change initiatives within the business functions ensuring smooth transitions and employee industry trends competitive dynamics and market shifts providing strategic insights to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 10 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 4 years in a similar roleProven experience in corporate leadership and business managementProficiencies in strategic planning team management financial analysis and stakeholder engagementMust be a continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g. MBA)Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Leader (CBL) or relevant work experience in leadership roles are a plus
