DevOps Infrastructure Engineer – High-Frequency Trading

We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior DevOps Engineer who is a highly motivated self-starter capable of hitting the ground running from day this role you will manage scale and optimize critical infrastructure with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Maintain optimize and scale our AWS cloud environment and critical infrastructure.
• Orchestration & Deployment: Design manage and scale Kubernetes clusters and manage deployments using ArgoCD.
• Automation & Pipelines: Build maintain and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable and rapid software delivery.
• Internal Tools: Design and build frontend dashboards to provide visibility monitoring and self-service capabilities for internal teams.
• Collaborative Support: Partner closely with internal users maintaining a highly flexible patient and solutions-oriented approach when navigating complex or challenging user requirements.

Required Technical Stack & Qualifications

• Experience: 4 years of experience in a DevOps SRE or Infrastructure Engineering role demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Cloud Platform: Deep operational knowledge of AWS.
• Containerization: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and ecosystem tools.
• GitOps & CI/CD: Proficient with ArgoCD and modern continuous integration and deployment frameworks.
• Open for both Hong Kong and Singapore applicants.

Highly Desirable Niche Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with latency-sensitive systems.
• Hands-on experience with low-level infrastructure optimization including machine tuning and CPU tuning.
