(Associate) Data Strategist

Job Description:

We are looking for a data-driven storyteller to join our strategy team. You wont just be running numbers; you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable marketing intelligence. Your role is to transform complex datasets from world-class research platforms into the heartbeat of our brand strategies.

Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Mining: Leverage platforms like YouGov Meltwater and GWI to identify consumer trends brand health and competitive landscapes.

• Data Organization: clean and organize large datasets in Excel with meticulous attention to detail. You should prioritize data integrity and ensure all analytical cases are built on precise unrounded figures.

• Visualization & Reporting: Translate data into clear compelling stories and dashboards that stakeholders can easily digest.

• Business Intelligence: Apply a business-first lens to data helping the team understand the why behind the numbers to drive ROI and brand growth.

• AI Tools Utilization: Actively explore and integrate AI tools (e.g. Claude GPT or automation workflows) to enhance data efficiency and strategic output.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Analytics Statistics Economics or a related field requiring strong quantitative logic.

• Technical Savvy Expert-level proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools.

• Business Sensitivity: You dont just see numbers; you see opportunities risks and human stories.

• AI Practitioner (A Plus): Experience exploring or creating your own AI projects (e.g. building custom GPTs automating data workflows or using Gen-AI for content experiments).

• Creative & Social Savvy (A Plus): Project experience or a deep interest in social media strategy and brand activation.
