Kroll Agency and Trustee Services (KATS) provides independent conflict-free third-party agency and trustee services across the loan and bond markets. We have developed our strong reputation by delivering proactive and bespoke services and currently manage over 900 transactions globally.

This position is a fulltime 3month contract role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• HandlingP&Icalculationsamortizationscheduleswaterfallcalculations conversionsetc.;

• Executingandadministratingvariouscorporate trustee andagencydutiesincluding liaising with clients;

• Handleclientinstructionsforcash/securitiesinvarious markets

• Workcloselywithinternaldeal client servicesand finance teamsontransactionadministrationandmonitoring both in Hong Kong and other offices;

• Assistwithadhocprojectsanddutiesas required.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelorsdegreeorhigher inaccountingorfinancediscipline

• 2-5 years ofexperienceinaccountingbankingorcorporatefinance industry

• Goodbusinesssenseandcommercialacumen

• Strongfinancialandbusinessanalytical skills

• Self-motivateddedicatedandoutgoingteam player

• Excellentcommunicationskills(writtenandspoken)inEnglishisessentialwith Mandarin an advantage
