Our Design Team is looking for a passionate and creative Associate Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging products working closely with cross-functional teams from concept to production

What Youll Do:

• Create innovative user-focused and consumer-centric toy concepts and play experiences for aligned products.
• Support the design and development process from early concept through final production-ready execution.
• Generate new ideas through research trend review brainstorming and sketch exploration.
• Collaborate with product managers engineers vendors QA sculptors and model makers to develop strong design solutions.
• Present design ideas clearly through sketches mock-ups digital visuals and other communication tools.
• Refine products to ensure they are safe functional manufacturable and cost-effective.
• Manage timelines and priorities effectively while supporting multiple projects at different stages.

What Youll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Product Design or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Around 1 3 years of relevant design experience preferably in toys preschool products or a related consumer product category.
• Strong design skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling product concepts and final design solutions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and 3D design software; knowledge of SolidWorks or zBrush is a plus.
• Strong sketching visual communication and presentation skills.
• Creative curious detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the China office if needed.
