Assistant Property Officer Management (Commercial Building) (Ref 260000QM)

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in at least 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages
• A minimum of 2 years experience in property management / customer service
• Strong interpersonal skill and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience in software applications such as Chinese and English word processing Microsoft Excel PowerPoint
• Knowledge in accounting is an advantage

Remarks

• Required to wear uniforms and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme

• Assist in handling day-to-day administration for a commercial building managed by the Corporation including marketing and coordination with customers
• Carry out daily operation of loading bay common areas of shopping areas and office buildings
• Address customers enquiries and complaints
• Liaise with contractors stakeholders and internal departments
