Job Description:

Business Strategy & Planning

• Support the formulation execution and review of CMI agency recruitment and business growth strategies.
• Analyze recruitment performance agency productivity and market trends to identify growth opportunities performance gaps and business challenges.
• Provide business insights and recommendations to support management decision-making strategic planning and prioritization of recruitment initiatives.
• Support business planning and growth initiatives through performance monitoring market analysis and strategic recommendations.

Performance Management & Analytics

• Own and enhance recruitment contestproductivityand agency performance reporting frameworks to support KPI management and business reviews.

• Prepareanalyzeand interpret management reportsdashboardsand business updates highlighting key trends exceptionsrisksand recommended follow-up actions.

• Consolidatevalidateand reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracycompletenessand integrity of business information.

• Translate complex data into clear observations and practical recommendations for senior management discussions.

Business & Project Management

• Coordinate with relevant departments and business partners on strategic initiatives reporting requirements and project implementation.
• Support the execution of business initiatives through budget administration initiative tracking and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency through data analysis and business insights.

Event & Operational Support

• Provide operational support for recruitment events and related initiatives whererequired including pre-event coordination on-site support participant registrationlogisticsarrangementand post-event follow-up.

• Manage event-related reporting attendancetrackingand post-event effectiveness assessment to support future business planning.

Requirements

• Degree holder from a recognized university.
• Major in Business Administration Statistics Data Analytics or related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in business analytics reporting business planning performance management sales support or related functions.
• Proven experience in preparing management reports business analysis and performance dashboards.
• Experience in insurance financial services or agency distribution support would be an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential including complex formulas data modelling dashboard development reconciliation and automation.
• Strong experience in management reporting business analysis and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of Power BI Power Query VBA or other data visualization / automation tools would be an advantage.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
