Job Descriptions:

• Implement learning and development initiatives to address theagency short-term to long-term productivity goals and selling professionalism
• Monitor the business performance and provide timely reportsto PRUVentureassociatesto achieve planned business targets and objectives
• Collect feedbackanalyzedata& other relatedbusiness indicatorsto measurelearning & developmenteffectiveness.
• Build and maintenance of a strong relationship with stakeholders internally and externally to expand the manpower of PRUVentureassociatesand leaders.
• Deliver learning and development programs through classroom virtual and recorded learning formats ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience tailored to different audiences.
• Support agency/Company events from planning to executionandany ad-hoc duties as assigned
