Your Mission
Every day we work together on tailored solutions for well-known online retailers and marketplaces shaping the payment solutions of tomorrow.
To support our Accounting team we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) who will primarily take on operational tasks in the day-to-day business and assist the team in ongoing accounting processes.
Your Responsibilities:
To support our Accounting team we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) who will primarily take on operational tasks in the day-to-day business and assist the team in ongoing accounting processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Accounting Operations: You manage and route inquiries from the Finance inbox support invoice processing maintain vendor and customer master data and assist with employee expense claims.
- Invoicing & Reporting: You support the preparation and issuance of invoices help create regular reports and ensure financial data is maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Financial Processes: You assist with invoice postings in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) support payment run preparations and help reconcile bank transactions and incoming payments.
- Month-End & Compliance Support: You contribute to account reconciliations assist with month-end closing activities and support regulatory reporting requirements.
- Team Collaboration: You work closely with colleagues across Finance and other departments helping to ensure smooth processes and efficient day-to-day operations.
Thats What You Bring Along
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program ideally with a focus on Business Administration Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in accounting and finance processes and are eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic business environment.
- With your structured and detail-oriented way of working you are able to manage multiple tasks reliably and accurately.
- You have good Excel skills and are comfortable working with financial data and reports.
- You are a proactive team player with strong communication skills in English; German skills are a plus.
Please note that this position is limited to a duration of 6 months.
