In Bautzen 1200 colleagues manufacture S-Bahn tram and light rail vehicles as well as high-speed trains with a focus on final assembly commissioning and delivery. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites.

• Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead develop and motivate a multicultural procurement team

• Ensure compliance with ethics procurement processes and tools

• Collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders

• Manage team structure onboarding and cost center

• Procurement Performance

• Drive procurement excellence and continuous improvement

• Support and challenge sourcing strategies to ensure project success

• Monitor and improve supplier QCD performance

• Project Execution & Profitability

• Support negotiations and stakeholder alignment during execution

• Track procurement performance and manage risks

• Implement action plans and share lessons learned

• Operational Excellence & Cash Focus

• Support supply chain quality and finance for performance and cost control

• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency
