Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Salary: 3500040000 (uncapped OTE)
Sector: SaaS / IT Financial Management
Location: Reading Open to remote workers
Were looking for a motivated SDR to join our clients UK team and help drive new business. Our client has a leading SaaS platform for IT financial management FinOps and IT service management. They work with huge global clients such as BOSCH VW Petronas and Nokia. They also have amazing customer relationships reflected in a world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 85 more than double the industry average.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing UK division within a wellestablished European software company. Youll receive structured onboarding handson coaching and clear progression routes into AE or Senior SDR roles all within a supportive highenergy environment that values autonomy and initiative.

WHO YOU ARE
- Motivated positive and eager to learn
- Confident communicating via phone email and video
- Curious articulate and able to hold intelligent conversations with senior stakeholders
- Wellorganised with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline
- Able to prioritise in a fastpaced environment
- Some customerfacing experience is ideal
- Interest in IT Finance or SaaS is a plus
- Business or Finance degree is beneficial but not essential
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reaching out to senior decisionmakers in IT Finance and Procurement
- Running targeted outbound campaigns across key accounts
- Carrying out daily outreach via phone email and LinkedIn with a focus on quality
- Qualifying prospects by understanding their challenges and fit
- Building pipeline through outbound prospecting inbound leads events and marketing campaigns
- Booking highquality discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Researching companies to identify stakeholders and opportunities
- Keeping CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) accurate and up to date
- Representing the company at events and contributing ideas to improve team processes
