Job Summary

Your tasks
- Support the planning execution and delivery of IT projects from initiation to completion
- Assist in defining project scope objectives timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Act as a point of contact the team for stakeholders and ensure clear communication
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies
- Facilitate project meetings status updates and documentation
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices
- Support requirements gathering and alignment between business and technical teams
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and high-quality outcomes
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in consulting or related industry
- Initial experience in project management or project coordination roles
- Experience working on IT projects (e.g. CRM digital or system implementation projects)
- Experience in Consumer Goods (CG) industry is a strong advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in international and remote environments
- Fluent in English
- Multilingual is a strong plus
Nice to Have
- language skills are a plus (German French Italian Spanish ...)
