Manager Communications (mfd)

As Manager Communications you will pay a key role in shaping our global communication landscape. Your focus will be on internal communications driving employee engagement and strengthening leadership communication. You will also help to create a connected employee experience across the Xella Group.

• Shape and continuously develop Xellas communications ecosystem including our corporate intranet and newsroom
• Create engaging communication campaigns that strengthen culture collaboration and employee engagement
• Drive global communication initiatives and support organizational transformation projects.
• Plan and deliver leadership communication formats including Corporate Townhalls and international communication forums
• Develop compelling content and stories that showcase achievements innovations and people across Xella and the wider Holcim Group

• Several years of experience in internal communications corporate communications or a related field
• Strong writing editing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content
• Experience managing digital communication platforms editorial processes and content planning
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills in an international environment
• Fluent in German and English
