What youll do

As anIT Project Manager you will oversee both customer-facing and internal ITprojects including custom implementations and enhancements. You will driveefficiency initiatives to streamline technical processes and improveperformance manage multiple IT-Operations and customer projects and ensurethey meet scope timelines and quality standards. You will proactivelyidentify and mitigate risks optimize customer experience and operationalefficiency lead meetings with IT teams stakeholders and customers andprovide reports and metrics on project and operational criticalincidents you act as primary incident manager ensuring rapid responseresolution and communication.

• Initiate manage and execute IT projects with a focus on customer-centric and efficiency-driven objectives
• Engage effectively with team members stakeholders and customers through strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate accountability and alignment with company and customer goals
• Apply analytical thinking to solve complex IT operations and project challenges
• Show adaptability service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
• Foster a collaborative team-oriented culture while maintaining excellent customer relationships

What youll need

• Completed education in an IT-related field or ideally a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field with specialization in IT Operations Project Management or Systems Engineering.
• Degree in Computer Science IT or a related field; specialization in IT Operations Project Management or Systems Engineering preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or development
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management with proficiency in Agile methods and tools like Confluence and Jira
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices and IT process management
• Strong command of German and good proficiency in English
