Could you be the full-time Project Interface Manager (f/m/d) in Hamburg or Berlin were looking for


Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your project coordination and stakeholder management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic collaborative and solution-oriented teammates.


Youll play a key role in managing technical interfaces between signalling systems and external stakeholders. Day-to-day youll act as the main technical point of contact for customers coordinate closely with engineering and project teams and ensure seamless collaboration across multiple interfacing partners such as track rolling stock power supply and communication systems.


Youll specifically take care of managing interface-related issues and ensuring alignment between all involved parties but also support project execution by coordinating communication tracking issues and ensuring successful integration during installation and commissioning phases.


Well look for you to:


Act as the main technical interface towards the customer for all interface-related topics on behalf of the Project Engineering Manager
Support engineering teams by providing clarification and coordinating technical discussions with onshore stakeholders
Manage and track interface issues with customers and internal project teams
Coordinate and supervise all external interfaces with contractors (track power supply rolling stock communication systems etc.)
Identify and define interface requirements between signalling and other systems
Establish effective communication and collaboration with interfacing partners to resolve issues
Organize and lead interface meetings and working groups ensuring clear documentation (e.g. minutes reports)
Ensure customer alignment and approval of interface definitions
Manage interface changes throughout the project lifecycle
Support system commissioning by validating correct implementation of interface specifications
Provide planning inputs for installation and commissioning activities
Conduct site surveys when required to assess interface conditions and constraints

Degree in engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience
Experience in project engineering interface management or system integration
Strong understanding of complex multidisciplinary environments (ideally signalling or rail projects)
Experience in stakeholder management and coordination across multiple contractors
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage technical discussions with customers and partners
Structured and proactive approach to problem-solving and issue tracking
Willingness to work on-site and perform site assessments when needed
Fluency in English; German is an advantage
