IT Manager (f/m/d)
Location: Munich Germany or Bloemfontein South Africa (office based)

We are looking for a reliable and service-minded IT Manager to help us maintain and continuously improve Metronomias IT systems.
Your responsibilities
- Purchasing managing administering and maintaining server systems virtualization systems client PCs and our entire network.
- Providing IT support and acting as a helpdesk contact for our employees.
- Collaborating with Quality Assurance (QA) and other departments on computerized systems validation projects and supporting the development and review of IT-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Setting up and maintaining IT documentation including compliance with change management procedures.
- Analyzing our IT systems security systems and software applications and recommending appropriate changes and enhancements to your supervisor.
- Reporting on your ongoing activities and supporting Metronomias continuous improvement efforts.
- Managing IT systems-related alerts and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Supporting collaboration across departments to help improve processes and efficiency.
- Taking on additional duties as required.
Your profile
- A degree in computer science information technology or a comparable qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Working experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments VMware and IT security.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- A flexible hands-on attitude and enthusiasm for learning new things.
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks prioritize your workload and work with attention to detail.
