The Role

You will lead and develop our engineering organization helping teams operate with greater clarity accountability and effectiveness.

Your mission is to ensure Engineering runs reliably today while building the foundation for future growth. You will help the team deliver predictably raise quality and ownership and connect engineering decisions closely to customer and business needs.

You will work closely with Product Machine Learning Clinical and QA/Regulatory teams.

Strengthen cross-functional collaboration

• Improve alignment between Engineering Product Clinical Regulatory and Commercial teams

• Remove organizational friction and communication gaps

• Help engineering stay closely connected to customer and business needs

• Experience leading and developing software engineering teams

• Strong coaching mentoring and people management skills

• A track record of building high-performing teams

• Experience improving execution delivery and organizational effectiveness

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A software engineering background with sufficient technical credibility to work effectively with senior engineers

• A pragmatic hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership

• A strong ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility beyond the boundaries of Engineering.
