Job Summary

As a Consultant you will play a key role in expanding and deepening our footprint within one of Germanys leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. This role requires strong existing relationships industry credibility and a proactive growth mindset to unlock new opportunities and drive impactful transformation initiatives.

You will act as a strategic advisor and growth driver combining consulting excellence business development and delivery leadership.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within a leading OEM in the commercial vehicles segment (truck & bus) building long-term strategic partnerships
  • Leverage your existing network and client access to identify and unlock new opportunities within the account
  • Take ownership of account growth driving proactive outreach and positioning Nagarro as a key transformation partner
  • Advise on business and IT transformation initiatives including digital platforms product engineering and operational efficiency programs
  • Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders to shape and deliver large-scale transformation roadmaps
  • Partner with Nagarros Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to tailor and position innovative scalable solutions
  • Lead and contribute to RFPs proposals and pre-sales efforts with a strong focus on commercial impact
  • Ensure high-quality delivery execution overseeing projects and ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations
  • Drive innovation and scalability by introducing forward-looking solutions and best practices

Qualifications :

  • Several years of experience at MAN Truck & Bus or in a consulting role with MAN Truck & Bus as a primary client combined with a strong network of business and IT stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong experience in IT transformation enterprise applications cloud data digital platforms or product engineering.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management account development and opportunity generation.
  • Deep understanding of automotive value chains and enterprise IT landscapes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into technology-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Munich Germany.
