Your Role & Responsibilities
- As a brand ambassador for a leading Swiss telecom provider you will deliver outstanding service via inbound channels ensuring customer satisfaction while naturally spotting opportunities to add value.
- Handle inbound inquiries from German-speaking customers.
- Analyze and resolve administrative and technical topics (product features billing etc.).
- Update internal databases and customer management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Work Schedule & Flexibility
- Rotating shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 22:00 Monday to Sunday.
- Options for 8-hour 6-hour and 4-hour shifts to help match your lifestyle. (Note: Potential future late shifts until 01:00 may be introduced later).
- Based in a modern high-tech office environment at Mega Park Sofia.
- Start fully office-based to bond with your team. After 4 months you qualify for a hybrid schedule (2 days remote 3 days office) based on meeting standard KPIs.
