Job Summary

handly is the fastest-growing business-in-a-box for German craft companies starting with roofing. We help self-employed craftsmen build profitable long-term businesses by combining vertical software with AI-enabled services for growth and backoffice. Were 10 people in Berlin backed by 20VC Stride and Base10 (3.75M seed).

Tasks

Founding Sales means founding. The seat grows with what you do in it.

  • You take the outbound motion weve already tested and run it every day. The playbook and the lists already exist. Your job is to dial and crush a clear quota of attended discovery calls with qualified roofers.
  • You improve your script and objection-handling with each call.
  • You work directly with our CEO & Founder Basti to fuel our growth.
  • You become our outbound machine laugh about how bad our old numbers were and get rewarded for doing so.

Requirements

  • 1 year of sales experience (preferably outbound). Youve carried a quota and youve hit it.
  • You love the phone. Calling roofers isnt a tax you pay its the part of the job youd do on a Saturday.
  • Coachable and resilient. You get told no thirty times before lunch and dial number thirtyone anyway. Every conversation is a data point not a verdict.
  • High agency. You move on partial information you dont wait to be told what to do and you turn vague problems into real execution.
  • Native German. Our partners dont speak English.
  • Berlin-based or willing to relocate. Ready for in-office 5 days a week.

This role is NOT for you if

  • You want to play sales manager before youve closed a deal end-to-end.
  • You think youre above outbound.
  • You need detailed playbooks before you act.
  • You want a 9-to-5 or you want to work remote.
  • Youd rather workshop strategy than execute today.
  • Youve never actually sold anything.
