You will join a high-growth international business focused on building a large-scale network of ultra-fast EV charging infrastructure across Europe powered by renewable energy such as solar and wind. Operating across multiple European markets the company combines strong commercial growth with a clear sustainability this role you will play a key part in expanding the network by identifying and securing high-impact locations and building long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure prime locations for EV charging infrastructure across Germany
Manage the full acquisition lifecycle from site identification through to contract completion (lease or purchase agreements)
Build and maintain relationships with landowners developers retailers and public authorities
Work closely with internal teams such as legal technical and design to move projects forward
Develop and maintain a strong regional network to support long-term expansion
Track market developments and assess their impact on expansion strategy
Support the improvement and structuring of internal acquisition and development processes
Qualifications
Around 3 years experience ideally within real estate land acquisition or development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills comfortable dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Hands-on proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership
Interest in energy infrastructure or mobility
Fluent in German (native level) and English
Familiarity with tools such as CRM mapping or analytics systems is beneficial
Based in or near Cologne with willingness to travel regularly across Germany
