We see ourselves as a company group rich in tradition yet future-oriented providing tailor-made solutions for the entire shipping addition to our core business we are involved in a range of diversified investments for which we are seeking an experiencedInvestment Manager (m/f/d) to join our is a generalist role suited to professionals with a strong background in banking consulting or a related field who bring sharp analytical thinking commercial judgment and the ability to work across the full investment lifecycle from origination to execution and ongoing portfolio oversight..

- Identify source and evaluate new investment opportunities across all asset classes including but not limited to private equity/ venture captial equities fixed income and real estate
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis valuation and financial modeling to support investment decisions
- Lead and coordinate due diligence processes working with internal teams and external advisors
- Prepare investment memoranda presentations and materials for internal committees and decision-makers
- Support the structuring and execution of transactions
- Monitor and manage existing portfolio investments including performance tracking and value creation initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with management teams advisors banks and other key stakeholders
- Contribute to market research and strategic analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
- Ideally an academic background in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related discipline
- Minimum of 35 years experience in at least two relevant asset classes or investment banking/ consulting/ PE
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Sharp analytical thinking independent investment judgment willingness to challenge market views
- High commercial acumen attention to detail and highly interested in IT & AI
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator and curious about global markets
- Travel-ready internationally minded
- Team player with a proactive hands-on mindset who is willing to take over responsibility
