What youll build:

In this role youll drive the longterm success and satisfaction of SAP Business Transformation Management customers with focus on SAP LeanIX in the Consumer industries ensuring they realize measurable value from our Enterprise Architecture solution.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers existing and net-new and guide them through their full lifecyclefrom adoption to value realization expansion and renewal.

Youll build strong executive and operational relationships acting as a trusted advisor who helps customers modernize their IT landscapes improve governance strengthen compliance and accelerate transformation initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to retention net revenue expansion and customer advocacy in the consumer industry that is undergoing rapid digital evolution and transformation.

You will collaborate closely with Product Sales Services and Support to solve customer challenges anticipate risks and ensure the successful delivery of outcomes.

By understanding sector-specific requirementssuch as omnichannel experiences supply chain agility regulatory frameworks customer data privacy and evolving consumer expectationsyoull help SAP LeanIX deliver exceptional value to consumer-focused organizations.

What you bring:

- Experience in Customer Success Account Management or Consulting within SaaS or enterprise software environments.

- Understanding of the Consumer industry in Germany including retail dynamics omnichannel strategies supply chain complexities and digital commerce transformation drivers.

- Ability to manage complex customer engagements build relationships with key stakeholders and provide trusted guidance on business outcomes.

- Experience in managing enterprise accounts and driving customer outcomes across onboarding adoption and renewal phases.

- Excellent communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.

- A proactive solutionoriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and handson execution.

- Experience with Enterprise Architecture IT transformation or SaaS Management topics is a pluscuriosity and willingness to learn are essential.

- German as a must English as our company communication language.
