In this role as Application Engineer (m/f/d) within the field of Advanced Electrolytic Plating you will join our global Business Unit Applications team. You will play a key role in translating customer requirements into inno-vative product and process solutions while supporting global product qualifications and market rollouts. How You Will Make an Impact
Provide technical expertise to support the development implementation and optimization of processes
Design and conduct experiments in the laboratory / TechCenter to drive process improvements and identify new business opportunities
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related challenges onsite at customer locations
Collaborate closely with global sales and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product deployment
Prepare and deliver technical reports presentations and application documentation
What You Bring
Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Surface Technology or a related field
Candidates should possess relevant professional experience in the electronics industry specifically in the field of printed circuit boards (PCB)
Experience or strong interest in electrochemical metal deposition
Practical exposure to process development troubleshooting or industrial/manufacturing environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
A self-driven structured and solution-oriented working style
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%) and work in a global environment
