Warehouse Administrator (mfd), Samsung SDS

For our location in Korbach we are currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support the team.

• Preparing warehouse orders assigning them to warehouse staff and tracking processing status
• Scheduling customer deliveries
• Communicating with transport companies
• Entering ASN (advance shipping notice) information into the system
• Delegating following up on and responding to customer inquiries
• Recording goods receipts and issues in the SAP EWM warehouse management system
• Archiving shipping documents
• Assisting with regular stock checks/inventories
• Various administrative tasks

• Commercial vocational training e.g. as a Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen) or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in this field
• Solid knowledge of goods receiving storage handling and shipping
• Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Flexibility team spirit and resilience
• Good working knowledge of common MS Office tools (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
• Initial experience with warehouse management software (SAP EWM WMS systems) is a plus but not mandatory
• Good communication skills in German
