We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEA marketing team. Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager EMEA you will play a key role in supporting the execution of regional marketing strategies product launches campaigns and events across the EMEA zone. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a scientific background and a strong interest in marketing who wants to grow in a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Execution & Campaigns
- Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns across EMEA including trade shows conferences seminars and webinars
- Assist with product launches ensuring timely coordination of materials and communications across all relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with sales teams distributors and the global marketing team to align on promotional materials lead generation activities and collateral needs
Content & Communication
- Support content creation
- Assist with internal communication initiatives
- Help translate complex technical content into clear compelling marketing messages for diverse audiences
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Collect analyse and compile market intelligence including trends competitor activities new product launches and success stories
- Share insights with the regional marketing team to inform strategy and campaign planning
Operations & Administration
- Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Contribute to project tracking reporting and follow-up to meet deadlines across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Travel up to 10% of the time for internal meetings and event support
Requirements:
Education:
- Masters degree in Life Sciences Chemistry or a related scientific field (engineering school or university)
- Additional marketing qualification is a strong advantage
- Dual qualification in science and marketing is highly valued
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in ingredient supply/distribution preferably in cosmetics personal care or life sciences
- Previous experience in marketing coordination product marketing or a related role preferred
Additional skills:
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in multicultural international environments
