YOUR ROLE

As a Strategy & Transformation Intern you will join the Strategic Transformation team a dynamic group at the heart of CEVAs strategic initiatives. The team focuses on transforming transportation and logistics products (including Air Ocean Ground and Rail freight) to enhance efficiency competitiveness and innovation worldwide.

You will work closely with top management contributing to high-impact transformation projects that drive operational excellence and strategic evolution across CEVAs global operations. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and former consultants from top-tier strategy firms giving you unique exposure to high-level problem-solving and business transformation practices.

Your mission will cover a broad range of transformation activities: from performance and cost analysis to market research and the design and rollout of new operational strategies.

We are looking for a curious analytical and proactive intern eager to take ownership collaborate across functions and contribute to tangible change within one of the worlds top logistics providers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support strategic and operational transformation projects from data analysis to solution implementation.

Conduct quantitative analyses and deliver clear data-driven insights to guide management decisions.

Manage project timelines priorities and deliverables ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Perform market research and benchmarking to identify trends innovation opportunities and competitive positioning.

Identify risks and challenges and propose actionable mitigation plans.

Collaborate with internal teams to collect data prepare reports and present findings to leadership.

Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders and promote cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Final-year student in a top Business or Engineering School.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of data visualization or analytics tools is a plus).

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Ability to think strategically work independently and manage multiple priorities.

A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
