Job Summary
Internship description: Participation in the operational and logistical support of the teams in connection with the preparation and delivery of the Taste of Paris event organised at the Grand Palais in Paris.
Internship focus area: Events / Event Coordination / Operational Support
Subject: Introduction to the operational functioning of an international cultural and experiential event with participation in coordination activities and support provided to the project teams.

Functions and tasks:
The intern will assist the teams in the organisation and execution of the event including:
operational and logistical support to the project teams;
preparation of event spaces and related materials;
assistance with the coordination of suppliers and stakeholders;
administrative and organisational follow-up;
welcoming and assisting participants/speakers where necessary;
various support tasks related to the smooth running of the event.
Dates / Hours:
Weekly internship working hours: 35 hours
Total effective internship duration in hours: 175 hours
