Inside Sales Representative MSSP & Telco
Fortinet secures the largest enterprises service providers and government organizations worldwide. Our Security Fabric delivers integrated highperformance protection across networks cloud applications and mobile environments. As we continue to grow across the MSSP and Telco ecosystem we are expanding our Inside Sales team to support this strategic segment.
The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and wellorganized Inside Sales Representative to support the MSSP and Telco segment. You will help drive revenue growth expand Fortinets footprint within key service provider accounts and identify new business opportunities. This is a fully officebased revenuegenerating role focused on pipeline creation partner engagement and closing smaller opportunities directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify new opportunities within the MSSP and Telco segment.
- Generate prospects through warm and cold calling marketing leads telemarketing and web enquiries.
- Build relationships with MSSP and Telcofocused channel partners.
- Engage directly with enduser contacts inside service providers.
- Maintain accurate lead opportunity and activity data in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Learn and communicate Fortinets value propositions for MSSPs and Telcos.
- Meet assigned targets and KPIs for pipeline creation and closed revenue.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Work jointly with the Account Manager on strategic and tactical planning.
- Manage the full sales cycle for smaller deals including renewals quotes and evaluations.
- Support marketing campaigns for the MSSP/Telco district and provide feedback.
- Provide cover for the Account Manager when needed including forecasts QBRs and acting as the first point of contact for accounts and partners.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven inside sales experience ideally within IT networking or cybersecurity.
- Experience in B2B sales with a strong hunter mentality.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Goaloriented selfmotivated and comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
