We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic and hands-on Engineering Project Coordinator to support our Engineering team across multiple international projects from preparation through to live event delivery.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced live-event environment enjoys being close to the detail and takes pride in keeping complex operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What youll be doing:

• Supporting the Engineering ProjectManager with day-to-day coordination planning administration and logistics
• Ensuring clear and constant communication across the Engineering team suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Anticipating next steps and proactively following up to keep projects moving forward
• Coordinating project tools schedules and reporting across multiple events
• Working closely with HR Finance Logistics and suppliers to ensure operational alignment
• Supporting staffing plans on-site delivery and post-event follow-up
• Ensuring deadlines are met and standards remain consistently high

Experience & Skills:

Experience as a team coordinator

Ability tomanage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

Confident using Microsoft 365 / Office tools

Experience in international multi-stakeholder environments is a plus
